The shingles were replaced in 2020, there are two floor model furnaces for heat, central air conditioning and the hot water tank was replaced in 2021. They currently are open 6 days a week from 10am to 7pm, in the summer they are open 7 days a week. Ideally operating with 6-7 staff in the winter months and more during the busy summer lake season.
